Tok Aman Bali Beach Resort @ Beachfront, Kampong Ayer Tawar (Kelantan)

My stay at Tok Aman Bali Beach Resort was far from ideal. While the rooms were spacious and the location tranquil, I encountered numerous problems ranging from indifferent service to poor facilities. The food was decent, but overall, it didn't meet the expectations I had for a resort experience, particularly given the lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance.

I had high hopes for this resort, especially due to its spacious rooms and proximity to the beach. However, I was quite let down by the cleanliness and maintenance issues throughout my stay. While the staff was accommodating during my time there, the overall experience was marred by the state of the facilities, making it hard to fully enjoy the positive aspects.

The hotel is quite spacious, making it a decent option for a short stay near the ferry port. The rooms are large but in need of repair and cleaning. There were some minor inconveniences like a lack of towels and noisy air conditioning. Overall, it offers basic value for money, but don't expect luxury or modern amenities.

The resort is a decent option if you're planning to visit Kerteh or heading to Perhentian Island, offering a charming glimpse into the rural east coast life. The rooms are spacious and equipped with modern amenities, though the property shows signs of wear and could benefit from better maintenance. Dining options are limited, but breakfast is adequate. Overall, it's reasonably priced for what you get, but the upkeep needs significant improvement.
